Business consulting in Warsaw: four areas where we help your company grow

Business consulting in Warsaw for B2B: strategy, sales, business plans and market entry, from decision to implementation across Poland and the EU. I work in Warsaw and remotely throughout Poland.

01Strategy

Business strategy

Is your company growing unevenly or stuck in place? We build strategy on real market data, with an analysis of your position, the competition and a concrete growth plan for the next 12 to 24 months.

You get: a diagnosis of your current market position, an analysis of the competition and environment, a map of growth opportunities and a concrete roadmap with measurable KPIs. We work in 3 to 5 workshop sessions with your leadership team.

02Plan

Business plan

Need a business plan for a loan from a Polish bank, an EU grant or an investor pitch? We create documents that are genuinely accepted in Poland and the EU, with financial projections, market analysis and a clear financing strategy.

A complete 30 to 60 page document: executive summary, market and competitive analysis, business model, financial projections (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and sensitivity analysis. Delivery time: 3 to 5 weeks.

03Sales

B2B sales development

Missing a predictable flow of B2B clients on the Polish market? We build a sales system from value proposition to conversion funnel, with a concrete acquisition channel and a deal-closing process.

You get: a defined ideal customer profile (ICP), a map of acquisition channels, sales conversation scripts, KPIs and a sales control dashboard. We implement it together with your team, we don't leave a document in a drawer.

04Expansion

Market entry to Poland and the EU

Want to bring your business to the Polish market or other EU countries? We combine an entry strategy with practical implementation, from market analysis to your first clients and contracts.

Experience with markets: PL, UA, DE, ES, IT and Canada. Includes market analysis, an entry model, legal and tax aspects, building a local team in Poland and your first commercial contracts. Engagement of 6 to 12 months.

Case study

How Voltage Group entered EU markets and delivered 65+ MW in the first year

Strategy, business plan and expansion delivery across 4 European markets, from decision to first contracts.

Sector: Renewable energy Region: EU — IT, FR, ES, LV Engagement: 12 months
Voltage Group solar power plant delivered on the EU market

Voltage Group is an engineering company working in energy infrastructure: it builds transformer substations, high-voltage lines, industrial solar power plants and electricity storage systems.

They had a strong technical base and a delivery team. What was missing was a route into Western European markets, where projects are larger, the decision-makers are different, and the technical and legal requirements differ from the domestic market. We started with an expansion strategy, worked through a full business plan, and finished with real contracts on 4 EU markets within 12 months.

01Challenge

No access to EU markets

The company had a strong engineering base and experience delivering projects at the national level. But EU markets, Italy, France, Spain and Latvia, work differently: a different financing model, different decision-makers, different technical and legal requirements. Without an entry strategy, local presence and a business plan aimed at European investors, a conversation with solar power plant developers was practically impossible.

02Actions

Strategy, business plan, implementation

We built an expansion strategy from scratch: analysis of 4 EU markets, segmentation (utility-scale solar, energy storage systems) and positioning for European clients. Then a full 5-year business plan with P&L projections, a financial model and sensitivity analysis. We opened an office in Warsaw as an operational hub for EU projects and implemented a client acquisition system on the new markets.

03Result

65+ MW on 4 markets in 12 months

The first contract was signed just 3 months after the engagement began. In the first year Voltage Group signed and delivered contracts for more than 65 MW of solar power plants, in Italy, France, Spain and Latvia. The company entered 4 EU markets at once, opened an office in Warsaw as a European hub and built a project pipeline for the years ahead.

Why us

Six things that set our consulting apart

Less theory, more implementation. No templated solutions and no handing the work to juniors.

01

You work directly with a partner

We don't delegate projects to junior consultants or subcontractors. Every client works directly with the partner who leads the project, from the first conversation to implementing the strategy. This is our principle, not a marketing slogan.

02

B2B is our only specialisation

We don't work with e-commerce, retail or B2C apps. All 19 years of experience have been devoted to B2B companies, mostly from the technical, energy, industrial and service sectors.

03

Strategy + implementation = one team

Most consultants hand over a document and disappear. We stay to the end, from the first commercial meetings to the first signed contracts. Voltage Group signed its first contract on the EU market in 3 months.

04

Your language, no translators

We work with you in your own language, with no intermediaries and no loss of meaning. Polish, English, Ukrainian are three full working languages. This matters especially in negotiations with Polish banks, investor presentations and drafting legal documents.

05

An individual approach, not a template

We start every project with a diagnosis, not a template. Industry, stage of development, business model, target client, all of it shapes the strategy. Your company doesn't get "best practices" copied from another industry.

06

Real cases, not promises

Voltage Group, 65+ MW on 4 EU markets in the first year. Ostapiv Dachy, from no visibility to contracts with developers. Every case is documented, with numbers and references available.
