The era of grand consultant presentations is over
Companies don't need another report with three scenarios and five strategic variants. They don't need frameworks that look good on a slide and fall apart on first contact with operational reality.
Companies need concrete decisions — and someone who has already made them while building physical, capital-intensive businesses. That's why Dima V. Nechyporenko speaks from stage differently. He doesn't sell theory or consulting frameworks. He speaks from real business experience — as someone who built actual renewable energy assets, ran a global real estate development project in Dubai, and led strategy at one of Canada's top engineering firms. A business speaker with a rare industrial track record for the Polish market.
Every strategy I talk about publicly was first my own business decision — with consequences measured in megawatts, EPC contracts, and years of team work.
What does Dima V. Nechyporenko speak about as a business speaker?
Three areas where he combines real business experience with the perspective of a strategic advisor.
Transformational strategies for B2B companies
How to move a company from operational mode to strategic. A practical approach with concrete decisions — team restructuring, sales scaling, business model transformation. From the experience of someone who led a company through these stages in four countries.
Entering new markets: Ukraine ↔ Poland ↔ EU
B2B expansion strategy between Central European markets. What he learned building Voltage Group and developing it in Poland, Ukraine, and the EU — with mistakes, decisions, and measurable results (65 MW of PV projects delivered in France and Italy).
Renewable energy as a case study in strategy and transformation
The renewable energy sector from the perspective of a business practitioner, not an analyst. Real decisions about expansion, transformation, and exit, illustrated by industrial-scale solar PV builds in the EU and Ukraine. Universal strategic lessons grounded in a specific, capital-intensive industry.
