Three principles that guide our work

No matter which service you choose, the way we work doesn't change. These three principles define who we work with and what every project looks like.

Practice, not theory

We don't write reports for the drawer. Every project ends with a concrete plan we implement together with the client. If there's something we don't do ourselves, we say so directly.

B2B only

No e-commerce, DTC, or marketplaces. Our entire practice is concentrated on the B2B sector: manufacturers, contractors, distributors, project developers.

Three languages: EN, PL, UK

Documents, conversations, due diligence, presentations: in English, Polish, and Ukrainian. A real advantage on cross-border projects between the EU, Poland, and Ukraine.

How we work

Five steps for every project

The sequence is the same regardless of which service you choose. Only the depth of each step and the final deliverable change.

Initial conversation and brief

A free 45-minute call: we understand your situation, goals, and context. Together we decide whether the project makes sense and at what scope.

Diagnosis and plan

Internal analysis (data, processes, team) and external (market, competition, partners). Result: a clear action plan with priorities, timeline, and success metrics.

Execution together with the client

We don't hand over a report and disappear. We work with your team on implementation: weekly meetings, working decisions, documents, conversations with clients or partners.

Measurement and correction

Every 4–6 weeks we check where we are against the plan. We adjust tactics if the market or data suggest otherwise. We report honestly what works and what doesn't.

Implementation and support

We finish with a working solution, not a document. After the project, we remain available as support: consultations, short audits, help with next steps.

Frequently asked questions

How much does engagement cost?

We agree on pricing individually after the brief. It depends on scope, industry, depth of work, and project duration. We work in three models: fixed fee per project, monthly retainer, or a combination. All billing is in Polish złoty (PLN).

How long does a typical project take?

Short projects (audit, analysis, strategic brief): 2–4 weeks. Standard consulting projects (strategy, business plan, sales development): 2–4 months. Long-term support (business development, expansion): 6–12 months in a retainer model.

Do you only work with companies based in Poland or Ukraine?

No. We work with companies from across the EU (Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Latvia), the US, Canada, the UK, and the UAE. Most projects involve the Polish or Ukrainian markets in some way, but we also help local companies expand to Western markets.

How do you handle billing for international clients?

We invoice from our Polish entity (Sp. z o.o.) in Polish złoty (PLN). EU clients can pay via SEPA transfer; non-EU clients via SWIFT. We handle VAT compliance on our side and provide all required documentation for your accounting.

What languages do you work in?

English, Polish, Ukrainian. All three fully working: documents, conversations, due diligence, presentations. For most international clients, we default to English, switching to Polish or Ukrainian where needed (local meetings, document review, partner negotiations).

Do you have a minimum engagement size?

Yes. The minimum meaningful project is about 2 weeks of work. The free 45-minute initial call doesn't count toward this limit; it's for deciding whether the project makes sense.

Do you help with implementation, or just strategy?

We help with implementation. This is a deliberate difference from classical strategy consulting. We work with your team on execution: working decisions, documents, conversations, corrections, measurements. The strategy document is a by-product, not the goal.
