Six situations where business strategy stops being optional

Most companies reach us at one of six inflection points. If you recognise yours, let's talk.

01

You're working hard, the company is stuck

You're hiring, investing in marketing, but revenue grows slower than costs. Direction is missing, not effort.

02

Competition is pulling ahead

It's harder to win tenders, clients ask about price before they ask about the solution. Time to revisit positioning.

03

You're thinking about expansion

EU, Ukraine, Scandinavia, Middle East? Without analysis, the risk is greater than the potential upside.

04

The team doesn't understand the direction

Every department pulls in its own direction. Decisions made on Monday no longer apply on Friday.

05

A bank or investor is asking for a plan

The first question in any financing conversation is always: "What's your strategy?"

06

The market has shifted

The model that worked three years ago is failing. AI, new regulations, new players. Time for a fresh direction.

Lead Partner · International Expansion Expert

We're a boutique B2B advisory firm based in Warsaw. Our clients work directly with the lead partner — not with a team of juniors, and not with 80-slide decks nobody reads. We build strategy together with you and stay involved until it's in execution.

Our project experience spans Poland, Ukraine, the EU (Spain, France, Italy), Latvia, Canada, and the UAE. Industries include construction, energy, IT, e-commerce, and B2B services. This breadth lets us tell what actually works versus what only sounds good in a presentation.

How we work

Six steps from chaos to clear direction

Business strategy isn't a document — it's a decision-making process. Each step produces a concrete deliverable, not a promise.

01

Diagnosis

We start with conversations with you, key employees, and selected clients. We analyse P&L, margins, and cost structure. The goal: see where the bottlenecks and hidden potential are.

02

Market analysis

What your competitors are doing, which trends are emerging, what regulatory shifts might affect you in 12–24 months. Without this, goals are guesswork.

03

Positioning

We define exactly who you work for and what makes your offer unique. Positioning that resonates in sales, marketing, and pricing — not just in the deck.

04

Goals and direction

Concrete, measurable goals for 12, 36, and 60 months. Scenario choice: scale the current market, target a new segment, or pursue international expansion.

05

Plan and budget

What we do in sales, marketing, operations, and HR. Who owns what, by when, at what cost. Quarterly milestones instead of vague "we'll do it this year."

06

Execution support

We don't disappear after the final presentation. Monthly reviews check what works and where to correct course. Strategy lives or dies — we choose the first option.

Not sure whether you need a business strategy or a business plan?

A 30-minute conversation usually settles it. The first call is free and no-commitment.

Selected client projects

Three companies, three different challenges, three concrete outcomes. Full case studies available on dedicated pages.

Construction · Poland

Ostapiv Dachy

A roofing company with strong local reputation but no pricing advantage. We repositioned the offer toward the premium segment and rebuilt the B2B sales process together with the client.

Outcome: increase in average contract value and a shift of the portfolio toward higher-margin projects.
Energy · EU

Voltage Group

A technology company seeking competitive advantage in a saturated sector. We built the go-to-market strategy and partner structure with integrators in three EU countries.

Outcome: partner channel launched and first international contracts within six months.
B2B Services · International

Repulos

Entry into a new market with an offer that worked well at home. Together with the team, we ran demand analysis, adjusted positioning, and designed the distribution model.

Outcome: controlled market entry without burning budget, with measurable KPIs from the first quarter.
Who this is for

Who we work with best

We're not consultants for everyone. We deliver our best results with four types of companies.

SME owners ready to scale

Companies of 5–50 people, selling, with clients, but growing chaotically. Time to turn chaos into a system.

B2B companies planning expansion

Either Poland is too small, or Poland is the target (if you're from the EU or Ukraine). We help you enter with strategy, not hope.

Founders preparing for financing

Bank, fund, or industry investor — each one asks about strategy. We prepare material that passes due diligence.

Leaders at a turning point

The company is 5–15 years old, the model worked, but the market is changing. You need a fresh outside perspective.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does business strategy development take?
Typically 4–8 weeks from diagnosis to a finished action plan. Timeline depends on company scale, data accessibility, and whether the project includes new market entry. Smaller companies finish in 4 weeks; international expansion engagements run closer to 8.
How much does business strategy consulting cost?
Pricing depends on scope: a single business area, full company strategy, or international expansion. After the first call (30 minutes, free), we provide a concrete quote and timeline. No flat-rate guesswork — every project has a defined scope.
Do banks require a business strategy for financing?
Banks typically require a business plan, but a strong strategy is its foundation and significantly increases the likelihood of approval. It shows you know where you're going and how you'll get there. Without strategy, a business plan is a list of wishes.
Can we write a business strategy ourselves?
Yes — but when you're inside your own business, it's hard to see it clearly. An external consultant brings perspective, comparative data from other markets, and structural rigour. Our clients usually see the investment return within the first quarter after implementation, through better strategic decisions.
What are the most common mistakes in strategy development?
Five common ones: superficial competitor analysis, ignoring the customer voice, goals without measurable KPIs, no execution plan, and treating strategy as a one-time document instead of a living process. Our process is built to avoid each of these.
Do you work with companies outside Warsaw?
Yes. We're based in Warsaw, but we work remotely with clients across Poland and with companies in Ukraine, the EU, Canada, and the UAE. In-person meetings happen in Warsaw and the wider Mazovia region. For expansion projects, on-site visits to target markets are part of the engagement.
What's the difference between business strategy and a business plan?
Strategy answers "where are we going and why" — direction, positioning, competitive advantage. Business plan answers "how exactly will we get there" — operational details, financial projections, milestones. Strategy is the foundation; the business plan is the implementation document for banks or investors.
